Repair and warranty services

Warranty replacement: The company replaces the customer's warranty replacement product for free.

Warranty period: Based on the customer's order contract with the company or a copy of the invoice issued by the company to the customer.
Product after-sales service commitment
1. The company provides free one-year warranty on human medical model products sold by authorized distributors, lifetime maintenance, and is responsible for installation, commissioning and training. And guarantee that the products sold are brand new products that have never been used. During the warranty period, if there is a quality problem, we will repair or replace it for free. Questions encountered by users during use during the warranty period should be answered in a timely manner; if they cannot be answered, engineering and technical personnel will respond within one working day and go to the scene to resolve within five working days.
2. The warranty period is one year. After the warranty period, the material cost will be charged as appropriate.
